Recently i realised that my blog is rotting for ages....so i decided that i will try to blog at least every two days or at least reply to my tags.... right now i decided to dedicate my blog to my latest aim which is losing weight.... i am going to update on my gym activities, my diet and also my weight loss.... ok i am not sounding like advertisement package on losing weight but i am just writing it down so that whoever reads my blog might get inspired to lose weight!!! i started to go gym on 2 Feb 2009!!! i can remember that it was on Monday and my first day was really a hell to me... i was a total "berku". the machines were alien to me and i was struggling hard to operate them and worst still losing calories in them..... now on 24 Feb 2009, after so many days, i have lost a total of 4kg and i am very proud of it..... i still have a long long way to go and i am sure i will achieve my ideal weight.... i am definitely not going to give up...... i learnt a valuable lesson when i joined the gym...... health is actually the greatest wealth of all times!!! so people no matter how old are you.... it is never too late to start being fit and healthy..... i see lots of elderly/senior citizens doing exercises to keep themselves fit..... looking at them gives me the inspiration and motivation to be fit in my health...
